Return and refund policy

  1. Cancellation by the client: Customers may cancel their booking at any time prior to the scheduled departure date. To cancel, customers must notify us by phone or email. A cancellation fee may apply, depending on the time of cancellation.
  • If the client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 3.06% of the total deposit cost will be applied.
  • If the client cancels less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total deposit cost will be applied.
  • If the client cancels 14 days or less before the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total deposit cost will be applied.
  1. Cancellation by the operator: In the event that the catamaran operator cancels the booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, mechanical problems, or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund.

Refunds

  • Full refund: If the client cancels more than 30 days before the scheduled departure date, they will receive a full refund of the deposit cost.
  • Partial refund: If the client cancels less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled departure date, they will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total deposit cost.
  • No refund: If the client cancels 14 days or less before the scheduled departure date, they will not receive a refund.
  • Refund processing time: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the cancellation notification.
