The CataCanarias Sailing Gift Card allows you to give the gift of a sailing experience without having to select a specific date at the time of purchase. When purchasing, the customer only needs to choose the number of hours on board they wish to gift.
1. Voucher Reservation and Redemption
- The recipient of the voucher must contact CataCanarias Sailing to select the date on which they wish to enjoy the activity.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 calendar days in advance of the desired date.
- The date of completion will be subject to availability at the time of booking.
- The voucher must be presented (in digital or printed format) on the day of the activity.
2. Validity of the Voucher
The voucher must be redeemed before 30 March 2026.
3. Modifications, Cancellations, and No-Shows
- Any request to change the date must be made at least 10 calendar days in advance.
- Changes requested after the deadline will be subject to availability and may not be accepted.
- Failure to show up on the day of the activity will result in the total loss of the voucher without the right to a refund or exchange.
- If weather conditions prevent the activity from taking place, CataCanarias Sailing will offer a new alternative date at no additional cost.
4. General Terms and Conditions
- The voucher is transferable but non-refundable.
- The Gift Card can only be redeemed for the activity and duration selected at the time of purchase.
- Once the period of validity indicated on the voucher has expired, it will no longer be valid and cannot be used.
- The purchase of the voucher implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
